On this page we describe how the website is managed with reference to the treatment of the personal information of the people who consult it.

This information also complies with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the law which protects the personal information of anyone who interacts with the web services of Hotel Amalfi by Srl, which can be accessed from any computer at the following address: www.hotel-amalfi.it

Once the site has been consulted, the data about the persons who have or can be identified may be treated. The owner of the data treatment, in compliance with Legislative Decree No.196 of June 30, 2003 is Hotel Amalfi by Srl, in the person of the Chairman.

Place of data treatment: the treatment of data connected to the web services of this site is located at Quarto d'Altino (VE) Italia and is handled only by the personnel in charge of treating data, or by persons carrying out occasional maintenance operations. No data from the web service is passed on or spread to other locations. 
The personal information supplied by users who send requests for informative material is only used to carry out the service requested and is passed on to third parties only if it is necessary to do so (for example to delivery companies).

Data voluntarily supplied by users: the optional, explicit, voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses published on this website leads to the acquisition of the sender’s address, which is needed in order to reply to requests, together with other data sent in the e-mail.

How data is treated: personal information is treated using automated tools and only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss, illicit or incorrect use of the information and unauthorized access.

Rights of the person concerned: under the terms of Article No. 7 of the law governing the protection of personal information (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003), the people to whom the personal information refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence (or lack of it) of the information, to be informed of the exact content and origin of the information, to verify whether it is correct or to ask for the amendment, update or correction of the said information, to ask for it to be cancelled, converted into an anonymous format or to block information that has been used in violation of the law, and to oppose the treatment of that information for legitimate reasons. Requests of this kind should be sent to the owner of the treatment.

INFORMATION:

​

The price is per room and the treatment is valid for all those people declared by reserving the room.Beverages by meals are INCLUDED (water, quarter of wine or beer/small drink per person per meal) when booking half or full board treatments.Access to the private beach (from May to early September) and usage of air conditioning (from May to early September) are included in the price.City tax ( not included ) will be to be payd in cash upon arrival (€ 1,30 per person and per day from 10 years old and with a max of 10 nights).

DINNER OPTIONS FOR GUESTS WHO HAVE ONLY BOOKED BED AND BREAKFAST:
Our property has a large, excellent, and affordable restaurant-pizzeria (meat, fish, pizza, snacks) located along the pedestrian street (the most frequented in the area)... you may choose to order from their menu.

CHECK-IN from 2:00 PM – CHECK-OUT by 10:00 AM.
We kindly ask our guests to arrive after 10:00-11:00 AM. The room will be ready as soon as it has been cleaned, but please note that the previous guest will check out around 10:00-11:00 AM. After that, the staff will prepare the rooms for the next guest. Some rooms may not be ready until after 2:00 PM (our official check-in time). If you arrive in the morning, bring your swimsuit, and you’ll be ready to enjoy the sun and sea right away!

PARKING: 
each room is entitled to one free parking space for as many days as the number of nights booked. The parking lot is approximately 200 meters from the hotel. Upon check-in you can unload your luggage at the hotel entrance. Although parking in that area is usually prohibited you will be allowed to stop for a few minutes for check-in. We will give you a pass to park for free at the large MANZONI PARKING located in Via Pordenone (200 meters away). If you need a second parking space or additional days of parking they can be purchased/reserved at the reception (subject to availability).

BEACH: 
each room is entitled to one umbrella and two sunbeds (even for rooms with multiple beds) for as many days as the number of nights booked. If you wish to add a second beach spot or extra days usage, these can be purchased at the reception (subject to availability).

LATE CHECK-OUT (subject to availability):
Take your time on the day of departure! For an additional 30% of the room rate, you can stay until 3:00 PM (instead of 10:00 AM). If you wish to stay until the evening (7:00 PM), the charge is 50% of the room rate. You can leave in peace after a nap or a shower... just ask us!

OPERATING HOURS:
CHECK-IN from 2:00 PM – CHECK-OUT by 10:00 AM.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
Lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
Dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
There is typically a night porter service for late arrivals.

MINI-FRIDGE:
All rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge. A large communal refrigerator with a freezer section is also available at the reception.

PETS:

Our hotel accepts that Guests bring their DOG or CAT (or other pets) with them. For their stay there is a small supplement of € 10/day. We would ask, if it were possible, to avoid leaving them unattended in the rooms and this above all to allow the service staff to carry out their activities properly.
Be careful, however, that animals, by order of the Port Authority of Venice, are not allowed on the equipped beach (...between umbrellas and sunbeds, to be clear!!) and in any case are subject to strict restrictions that do not depend on the will of the hotel (which also accepts their stay...). We therefore ask you to understand this particular situation in advance.
Nearby, there is a dog-friendly beach called BAU BAU BEACH.

PAYMENTS:
Due to frequent unpaid bills, payment (or credit card pre-authorization as a guarantee) will be required at check-in. We accept payments via debit cards, credit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD), and cash (within legal limits). Checks are not accepted.

​

HOW TO GET THERE BY TRAIN / BUS: To reach us by TRAIN you will arrive at the Mestre FFSS station (35KM away) or San Donà di Piave (22km). Then you will have to continue with a bus to the Lido di Jesolo BUS station. From there another 5 minutes by city bus no. 2: consider that from the bus terminal there are only two stops, yours will be the stop  of Piazza Tommaseo (number 58): it is allowed to ask the bus driver as they are normally very kind and helpful. ;)

 

NEED A TAXI TRANSFER? Our hotel do not provide airport transfer services but you are pleased to contact the taxi company writing to the following mail address : radiotaxijesolo@gmail.com They will be happy and ready to help you in this matter.

TO GO TO VISIT VENICE: At the nearby BUS STATION (10 minutes walk) you can buy a ticket (bus + ship / return for about €20.50 per person). Buses leave every hour and arrive in about 30 minutes at the terminus of PUNTA SABBIONI where (from 6:00 in the morning to about 24:00 / every 30 minutes) it is possible to take a motorboat to get to Venice (from there in about 40 minutes) across the lagoon.

Attention: some conditions indicated may not be valid for organized group bookings (with special group rates for agency/TOUR OPERATOR) especially if not made through the booking system on this website.
